Attention to good habitual posture at work, habit changing and holistic healthy lifestyle guides, to prevent common-place upper limb disorder (ULD) injuries to therapists and clients. This initial research work led directly to the Advanced LaStone training choices listed above - thus preventing therapy work injury.
