Days and Evenings can include:
Smudging : we start with 'Smudging' to let go of the day's busy activities and clear our heads with either the harmonious sounds of a Tibetan bowl, or settling feel of Rose water aura mist, or even traditional Sage or Sweetgrass; the Native American method for clearing the energy field and creating healing sacred space.
Access a world of beautiful therapeutic energy
Attend one evening and you'll be introduced to a Stone relating to one of your energy "chakra" centres. We'll visualize that Chakra and colour and perhaps an elemental energy of nature; earth, wind, fire, water. Attend and enjoy a series of evenings and you'll begin to balance and develop an awareness of your inner rainbow of energy. This is a lovely contrast to feeling grey and washed out! Join me on an adventure to quietly aquaint yourself with your inner world of treasures.
Uplifting oracle cards : enjoy the inspirational support of Nature, Angel, Totem animal and Crystal cards. A simple and fun way to access uplifting thoughts.
Stones Mandala readings : unique patterns can create your story pictured in ancient Stones. You'll be introduced to many therapeutic aspects of LaStone Therapy, Reiki, Indian Head, etc.
Holding the heated or cool therapy Stones or Crystals : you'll relax with the 'Stone People':- Basalt, Shivas, Marble, Onyx, Crystals, Spirit Stones and many more. The energy of the Stones will settle and calmly centre your own energy, bringing a sense of peaceful comfort. In this way we connect with supportive Mother Earth energy and enjoy a peaceful, seated, guided, creative visualization given by Stone Walker Amber.
Inner treasures visualization : helps you to relax, improves your sense of well-being, de-clutters your mind, simplifies your focus, lightens up your spirit, clearing a pathway to insights from your inner wisdom. The visualizations vary each month, taking inspiration from the crystal stones which are physical keys to the unfolding of our chakras, unlocking the door to our inner awakening; letting love in and out. Also inspired by the current season / nature / your Chakras / Moon phase / Earth / water / sky energies, accompanied by gently soothing, ambient music. Truly holistic: relax your mind, ease your heart and body, and uplift your spirit.

About your StoneWalker Therapist : Amber Nisbett. My 51 year 'earth walk' has led me to become a 'Stone Walker.' As a Master LaStone therapist and Reiki practitioner, I combine seven years training in the two fields of: Holistic Therapies, and Design and Illustration, plus several years of teaching experience, to guide you in 'painting' and exploring your own internal, colourful landscape. I lead a relaxing, verbally guided, creative visualization, with complete freedom for you to visualize what comes best to you, and thinking in pictures is not essential.
